Based on compliance with GB/T 7702.9-2008 "Test Method for Ignition Point of Activated Carbon," the advanced design employs intelligent program-controlled automatic detection to deliver results, making the equipment operation simpler, more accurate, and more labor-saving.

I. Scope of Application:

Primarily used for determining the ignition point in industries such as power, metallurgy, petrochemicals, coal chemicals, environmental protection, geological exploration, and feed.

II. Working Principle:

According to the mechanism of the exothermic reaction during activated carbon combustion, the reaction rate increases with temperature. When the temperature reaches a certain value, the reaction heat exceeds the heat dissipation, causing the temperature to rise. At this point, the activated carbon ignites explosively, and the temperature at which this explosion occurs is the ignition temperature. The entire testing process complies with GB/T 7702.9-2008 "Test Method for Ignition Point of Activated Carbon" and the requirements of GB/T 20450-2006 for wood-based activated carbon.

III. Functional Features:

1. The recorder and controller communicate bidirectionally, enabling comprehensive monitoring and automatic measurement and display of sample temperature.

2. Stores historical test data for querying and printing.

3. Multiple test results can be exported to a computer for curve analysis.
